Mongolian Barbecue in Columbus

The food was great the guys at the grill seem less energetic than normal. The most disappointing thing was i had to ask multiple servers for simple things like water and napkins because our server was very much into the bar tender guy. Us and the table of stanger next to us were like wow what in the world. If you business seems a little slow i would take a good hard look at who you have employed. Will not be back anytime soon.

Great food to bad they took sausage off the protein area. Workers were top notch in helping me. I am in a motorized wheelchair. The restroom had plenty of room to maneuver in, a big plus so many other places you just can't fit.

The staff and food are amazing. Very clean, the bowls are assembled cafe style by very gracious employees, ive never seen the bowls stacked so high lol. If you're worried about social distancing and mask wearing they are on it

This place is worth giving a shot. They have big portions for convenient prices. Regularly well kept and with great ambience. Would recommend to others.

We LOVE this place! My kids love choosing their own ingredients and the staff is so friendly and fun. The food is always fresh and delicious and the restaurant is clean. We were there for my daughter's 9th birthday and they treated her like a princess, singing to her multiple times, letting her ring the gong as many times as she wanted, and bringing her an ice cream sundae with candles. We will be back!!

My first time in BD’s and definitely not the last one. A very good choice to have a healthy food based on your own taste.

Nice concept. The food was good. It would be nice if they had the soup in vegetarian too.

So many options with the food. Food was great. The cooks were high energy and fast. It was chaos tonight. We repeated our orders at least 3 times to get anything. My first experience was not good

Good service and good food!

Its probably good. Just not for me to wait 45 minutes and then for me to pick the food and there's no set menu to go by..I'm just suppose to know whats good at a place I've never been before right?I'm not a chef and I don't even like looking at raw meat. Its not for everyone. The dining seemed cheesy like a cicis pizza to pay for a 50$ meal for 2 people

We have come here for years and almost always have a great experience. Helpful hint.....go during any Ohio State football game and the place is practically a ghost town. Also, add the meat to your bowl last. This means you will have to double back to the beginning after putting your veggies in the bowl but trust me you get more food ( the meat pushes the vegetables down which leaves plenty of room for the meats). Don't forget to tip the grill staff. They really dig this " HIP HIP HOORAY ".

Aside from the waiter practically ignoring us (group of 5), the food was excellent. The food definitely was made up for the waiter.

Great variety of food.. great staff and very family friendly.. also a really good deal for all the food you can get.

The selection available to create a bowl is good. The service is fine. You are at your own mercy to create a bowl, but you can follow a recipe if you choose.

Nice place to dine in. Unique concept and food is good. Prepare own bowl and get it cooked.. must try!

I have gone here SEVERAL times. This place never ceases to amaze me. The design your own food then setting it prepared while the crew sing and do tricks or just try to conversate with anyone, young or old, new customer or seasoned. It's a very welcoming environment. Definitely will keep going here.

Food is memorable and very tasty. The amount of spice is controlled by the customer who selects the sauces. Definitely like the ability to build your own meal. Huge selection of sauces to meet everyone’s tastes. Selection of components (vegetables, proteins) is well done. Unique Mongolian style cooking stone is interesting and functions very well as the cooking medium. Salad/soup bar is included and a nice addition to the meal.

I have always loved my meals at Mongolian bbq. But this was the first time I ordered the Mongolian barbecue bowl and sweet and sour bowl for delivery through Uber Eats. Delivery was on time but when I received the meal it did not include the extra sauces or egg roll I asked and paid for, the bowls were only half filled, the chicken had no flavor, and the rice tasted old. I ended up throwing both meals away. Very disappointed for paying $38.

I loved BDs... until today. I finished almost a bowl and then I saw their shrimp. I was hoping it was just a couple in my bowl. Went back to the line and realized I had probably consumed a bunch of shrimp poop. Waitress didn’t seem to care, she also said her like cook didn’t seem to care.... gross. Go eat at BDs just check the shrimp if that’s your thing.

Stopped in for dinner tonight and oh man, it was sooo good. Today was the first day open after quarantine and you could definitely tell the staff was happy to be back (one of the grill cooks even said how happy he was to be back at work, and how that was a phrase he never thought he’d say 🤣). Lots of vegan options!!! There was a positive energy in the restaurant and everyone seemed to be enjoying their shift. Special shout out to our server, Mike. You were so kind and helpful, and you provided us excellent and friendly service. Thank you, Mike!!!

One of the best kept secrets of Columbus. This place is an awesome place to eat. You select your meats you select your veggies select your herbs select your sauce and then they cook it right in front of you with swords. Put a tip in the jar bang the gong. 100 different types of soda. There's an adult Bar Beverage Center inside. Plenty of off-street parking accessible to handicapped people. Fair price for a great meal. Love it.

One of the best grilled vegetables we get it here. I was finding best grilled restaurant and I finally I found it, it’s one of the best in Columbus. You can chose your vegetables and protein, sauces, spices everything by you so you don’t worry about any extra items in your grilled plate. The chef are very enthusiastic as they make grill very fast and in front of you. It’s best experience and it’s very reasonable priced. The staff also very friendly.

Nice ambience. It’s a wish grill. You choose noodles, meat, veggies, sauce, herbs and spices and give them to cook on a large pan before you. They have varieties of meat, proteins and sauces. Bar attached. You decide the foods spice level so you get the food to your taste.

Good food and atmosphere! Our server Mickey was fantastic! Very attentive and personal. He even helped other people they weren't even part of his section! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the food I got. The prices are a bit high, but the service and staff were interactive and fun. The overall atmosphere was family friendly and again.. the food was amazing!
